Salon Policies

Please review our policies before booking your appointment.

Deposit Policy

  • A 30% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied to your final balance.
  • The remaining balance is due as soon as your hair is finished, before you leave the salon.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment may receive a refund or credit.
  • For cancellations made without 24 hours' notice, 20% of the deposit is non-refundable; the remaining 80% can be refunded or credited.

No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund or credit on your deposit.
  • Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice and 20% of your deposit is non-refundable; the remainder can be refunded or credited.
  • Failing to show up for your appointment forfeits the full deposit.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
  • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation.
  • Cancelled appointments due to late arrival forfeit the deposit.

Hair Preparation

  • Hair must be clean, detangled, and dry (unless otherwise instructed).
  • Failure to prepare hair may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
  • Please communicate any hair concerns or conditions before your appointment.

Guest Policy

  • No extra guests are permitted during your appointment.
  • Children must remain supervised and are not permitted in the styling area.
  • This ensures a peaceful, luxury experience for all clients.

Payment Methods

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • Cash is also accepted for the remaining balance.
  • Deposits are processed electronically at the time of booking.

Sanitation & Safety

  • All tools and equipment are sanitized between each client.
  • We follow all state health and safety regulations.
  • All stylists are licensed professionals in the state of North Carolina.
